Because our products are edible and perishable, returns are only acceptable for unopened items and must meet the following criteria:
- You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to file a return claim.
- Email us at Returns@sweetstax.co with your order number and reason for return.

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
Returned items must be in original condition and packaging to be eligible for refund.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Do not consume the product.
- Email returns@sweetstax.co within 5 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, a description of the issues, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Late Claims
- Claims made after 5 days from the date of delivery are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.
Final Notes
We reserve the rights to deny refund or replacement requests if the product has been:
- Opened or consumed.
- improperly stored.
