Return Policy
At Sweet Stax, your satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in the quality of our products and want every customer to have a great experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are only accepted for unopened items and must meet the following requirements:
- Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, email Returns@sweetstax.co with your order number and the reason for your return request.
- Once your return is approved, unopened products can be sent to the address provided by our team.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Do not consume the product.
- Email Returns@sweetstax.co within 5 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, a description of the issues, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Late Claims
- Claims made after 5 days from the date of delivery are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.
Final Notes
We reserve the rights to deny refund or replacement requests if the product has been:
- Opened or consumed.
- Improperly stored.
All returns are subject to inspection and approval due to the nature of candy and health & safety guidelines.
